The Elevated Spirit Co is temporarily closed while I travel to India for a 10-day Ayurvedic retreat.
I’ll be immersing myself in the healing traditions of Ayurveda, daily yoga, and pranayama — all with the intention of bringing fresh inspiration, deeper knowledge, and renewed offerings back to this beautiful community.
